It contains all of the modern comforts as well as a wide living room /dining room, with a balcony looking onto the thriving, enigmatic small Spanish town. However, do not worry that it may be noisy staying in the local town as the windows are soundproofed so you can remove yourself from the sounds of everyday living. Other available facilities include an oven, refrigerator, microwave, sofa bed and television. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed in one and 2 singles in the other. The rooms are decorated with paintings by local artists. The bathroom contains both a shower and a bath. All of the rooms are provided with air conditioning, a commodity necessary during the hot summer months. There is also heating for the winter.

Stay with us during the summer, and entry to the private Murpimar swimming pool in Ayora is free. Murpimar swimming pool is situated in the village of Ayora at No 70, Virgen of the Rosario street. It is 25 metres long and 15 metres wide with a volume of a million litres. Its filled with natural water from Ayora and there is a smaller pool for younger children. Great care is taken to clean and maintain the pool everyday. There are pine and palm trees to provide shade as well as a sunny area for sunbathing. You will also find an Ibizan bar with a café and kiosk selling ice-creams and snacks.
